I love this "Calming Lavender" Room & Body Mist. I spray my pillow before going to bed at night with this and it is heavenly! Last night, as I was laying on my pillow, half asleep, I could imagine I was walking through a flower garden and I fell immediately to sleep. If you have a hard time falling to sleep at night, this calming spray is a must for you!
